Annie

She has been getting unsteady on her rear legs lately. I have started massaging her legs and hips with a vibrating heat massager. She sure seems to enjoy it and it is helping her.
I had hoped that her weight loss would make her better, but age is catching up with her. At least she is no doubt doing better without the additional weight. I have only been massaging her legs for several days and I hope that she will continue to do better over a longer period of time.
She is such a sweet old girl.

What a good dad you are to your dogs, Len
.
i am sure that Annie loves it. In fact, maybe that is something that I need to try on my various aches and pains.
Does she sleep on a heated bed? Our bedroom floor is very cold due to the type of flooring. Of course, we have beds for both the dogs, but Mischa either wants to sleep on the icy floor or our heated waterbed. Go figure.
Please give that sweet girl a hug from me.

Annie sleeps on an orthopedic dog bed at night and is on a carpet during the day. I suppose I could buy an electric blanket for her to lay on during the night. Or a large heating pad. Hmm.
I use both heating pads and vibrating massagers for my old bones. They do help.
